Anyone here tried to setup SIP line using Telkom? I am confused as they are saying it is a cloud based. Lan cable from network switch is connected to the LAN1 and no cable is connected to Lan2(wan). There's no issue on incomings however we cannot make outgoing call with waiting for line...

We have issues on our VMpro for some reasons, it stops recording calls. It was working fine before then suddenly it stops.
I set the call recoding type to mandatory to see if call are recorded but no luck.
The version is: Avaya IP Office Version 11.1.3. VMpro server is on Linux App.

We have a SIP line and one of the DID can be used as FAX number.
Can you please assist me for any configuration steps and if additional hardware is needed in the IP office 500V2 side other than the fax machine?

Actually I just need a simple call flow with a pincode to enter before the call is transferred. I don't need a multiple pin with multiple transfer.
Is there any other steps I can follow?

There's no firewall between ISP and the PBX.
The setup is: Fibercable -> STC SBC ONT port 3 -Cat6-> to Avaya IPO PBX port lan2.

Is there anyone experienced to setup SIP line using STC ISP?
STC provided the details but very limited support.
I can see the SIP line is registered but for some reason incoming and outgoing call doesn't work.
The incoming call doesn't even landed to the SSA.
I observe when I open the system status, it says "You already have a System Status session to this Control Unit".
If I click "Disconnect existing session", the IPO restarts.

I did the search before opening this thread and saw the link you mentioned.
I just hoping there's a fix other that upgrade to 11.1.2.4.
Anyways the upgrade work has been scheduled.
Am I missing something in ARS as I cannot use or dial international number starting with +.
No issue when changing the + into 00.
We are on Avaya IP office essential edition R11.1. Trunkline is PRI.
We captured wireshark trace on the PC running ACW, also captured monitor trace. In Wireshark, there is only 1 way RTP which is audio stream from IPO to ACW.
The audio stream is actually from the Service Provider. In monitor trace, I also don't see a key pressed sent from ACW client.
