I don't know, it was already there when I was asked to finish the deployment. So, I think it was uploaded by the guy who was in charge at the first time (he doesn't work for us anymore, I can't ask him...)- Bruno57

Sure, the music on the IP Office should be at 8000 Hz. I don't know why the actual file is at 22050 Hz..... that's weird.- Bruno57

I solved it ! I forgot to told that I didn't want to change the Avaya default music on hold. The default Music on Hold works on the IP Office 500 V2. The default Music on Hold didn't worked on the Server Edition. So I tried to copy the default MOH from the IP Office and past it into the...- Bruno57

Tanks for the reply. Wow, System Status... what a great tool for debugging ! They didn't show me this during my training. Ok, so I have an error "Failed to load Hold Music source file" but no more explanation. I try to configure the TFTP again and see if this error disappear. But I know that...- Bruno57
