    I can replicate them dropping off and losing signal by turning off the wireless access point which is actually situated on my desk. When I turned the wireless AP back on, the phones do not automatically reconnect. Should this feature not be standard?

    Thanks xs650 I am trying your suggestion but having no luck. There is no button which says 'Send' so I've tried a few different ones but no joy. I presume this can be done from the lock screen? because that's the only screen I have access to.

    We have several IPECS WIT-400HE handsets in the building, one of which an employee has manager to set a pass code on and forget. I have trawled the net looking for how to get around or reset this but have had no joy. Does anybody have any suggestions?
