How do I use Trace by Location Report
Hi, I am trying to use Trace by Location Report, however when I pull it, it produces a blank report. I have added the member of staff to the Agent Trace. I have read forums that have stated I need to wait, however how long do I need to wait or am I missing something out. I am fairly new to...- HazelEyre23
