Yes I tried that. I had a N n the number section. I also created a Sip ARS.
Dialing just keep getting the number that is registered for the sip trunk number.
I had Nextiva send caller Id name out. That works fine from the carrier. Could it be in the sip line setup? URS tab?
I am in the same boat. I got the SIP trunk to work with Nextiva but i want to send my own caller ID out. They have no clue on how to set it up on AVAYA ip office. I am doing this for a test before I decide to move my POTS lines and port them to Nextiva. AVAYA Dev connect does not list Nextiva...
