No programming has changed, and 1xxx all work internally and are able to call out on the same PRI.- pjh25

Yes it is meant to and it has worked before, this started after we were cut over to a new circuit. Have monitored calls already the 1000s are being rejected by the switch (Nortel 81c)- pjh25

Inbound Calls Rejected
We are having an issue receiving calls on our PRI trunk. We are able to receive all calls to our 2000 series numbers but any outside calls to our 1000 series numbers are getting a fast busy. When monitoring the dch it is coming up with the message cause #21 call rejected. The telco is sending...- pjh25
