    Correct. There are only two coverage paths created. The first one is for all VM, it's Coverage Path 1 and Point 1 is h99. The second CP is CP 10 which has a Point 1 of v2000; the vdn.

    I made the change to the coverage path and it didn't make any difference that I could tell. Currently after they hit 0 or the 4 digit extension it just keeps ringing forever.

    Yes and no. If they select "0" and no one picks up 7038, I would like it to go to VM for 7038. Additionally, if they dial 4 digits and no one picks up, I would like that to go to VM for whichever extension they dial. I'm reading through the manual right now to see if there is a way to do it....

    Do you think that would be the only thing to keep it from routing to coverage with no answer? If the call is direct, not from vector, it will go to voicemail if there is no answer or if someone is one the line.
