    Thanks Joe2938 will give that a try later today. Sizbut - I looked at it again and i noticed. ALl the lights are steady green. And then every few seconds on cards 1 and 2 only port 1 blinks red, and on the last 2 cards ports 1 and 9 blink red. Sorry about original typo.

    How do I reset the cards ? There are 5 Lines, I accidentally cut one of the lines. DO you think that's causing the issue?

    I removed all the phone lines that were not being used with any phones. I also turned off and on the the system. Nothing else was done
