    NICE 4.1 Uploader HowTo

    Don't try to build your import from scratch. Export first, open in excel, add your needed details in that file, make sure to save as XML, and import. Export seems to work best when writing it to a root directory or desktop. And make a backup of the user_admin DB before you import.

    Constantly restarting services - is this normal for NICE?

    What type of integration? Also, are there any integrations that are defined but not yet turned on? I would not accept this as WAD from Nice support. They should be able to give you a more detailed explanation, a work around, or a permanent solution.

    Adding New Users Extension??

    Two possible options come to mind. 1. The extension desired is not created in the Integrations section of System Admin. 2. The extenstion is already assigned to another agent. Do a search in User Admin in the Agent ID / Extenstion field.
