    Where are hunt group voicemails stored on the IP Office?

    I am trying to recover voicemails that have been deleted. Is there a specific spot in Windows where the hunt group voicemails are stored. I know the extensions user voicemails are stored in C:/program files\Avaya\IP Office\voicemail pro\vm\accounts.

    Thanks AACon. That is exactly what I did and tested the phone. The user seems to be able to log in now. Thanks for the help everyone.

    Thanks for the feedback. Well, the phone does not have an extension and I am trying to have a user login to it. This user normally logs into a digital phone and not an IP phone.

    I have setup a new 9608 IP Phone and verified connectivity to it. I have a hot desk user that needs to be able to login to the phone. The users upstairs phone is a 9508 digital phone. When the user tries to login to the IP phone, we get a message on the display that say's extension in use...
