    Unable to use any existing patches to fix either voicemail issue. They attempted an 1P500v2 patch on the visual voice issue and it did not work.     I downgraded all 3 systems to 8.1.43 last night, this has fixed the key press or DTMF issue for now. Thanks PhoneMan777!

    8.1.63 Buggy with VMPro over an SCN

    I had this problem and downgraded to last known stable release 8.1.43. This fixed the issue
