    Hithere. System is 3300 controller, SW version 7.1. Standard voicemail currently set to 'transfer only'. There is no option for 'greet and transfer'. Options are Extension, Info, message only, transfer only, menu node, administrator, park. thx

    the extension goes straight to a greeting and is never picked up. Eg, "press 1 for alan, 2 for bob, 3 for colin". option 1,2 and 3 forward to mobile numbers. i mentioned '9' as in 9 options. i could just use 4,5,6 as personal contacts but in future there maybe 9 options. thx

    Hello All I have a voicemail extension which offers 3 options (1,2,3 via personal contacts) in the greeting which work ok but after the greeting a system message says 'press 2 to reach this persons voicemial, 3 for fax. How do i remove this system message? thx
