    Thanks, I did try it and amazingly it worked! without the Multi I/O cable, and slot 10! Many people here say that it works in slot 10 although not recommended by Nortel. The cable will arrive tomorrow and I will install it and remove the breakout box. I will reprogram the ACD to slot 9 as well...
