Sorry, I failed to answer your query re the external line volume when adjusting the card. Although I didn't check myself, I would assume not as I left the extension settings on that card at -6dB and I'm sure it would have been mentioned by now if there were any issues. Hi, Thanks for your reply. The DECT handsets are a mixture of older KXCTCA 256 and brand new KXTCA275 models. Hi there, I have just installed a new NCP500 system (latest software version) and there is an audio problem with the DECT handsets. Internal call volume (extension to extension) is too loud and you can hear your own voice in the earpiece. DECT colume levels however are fine in external calls...- Jim1956
