when i press 9 and dial number system says call rejected.
Also i have issues with incoming call i cannot hear what the caller is saying but the caller can hear me?
Is it a codec issue. i have set the codecs as the telco suggested.

I am facing a strange issue with the contact store, the contactstore server is showing an error no disk space in C Drive. Call are not recorded, no file is stuck in the VRL folder.
I checked everything and found that the cscm log file in logs folder under witness in 120GB !! in size. I deleted...

I used PGAdmin tool, cleared the alarms, contact store is working fine now.
By the way i have lot of wav files and tmp files in the VRL directory, what does this mean? How can i clean up the VRL folder, the data is around 3-4 GB in size.

Now it opens the line when you enter the auth code and you can dial the international number...
I configured it today for one of the customer, its working fine in intuity mode when he press 0, I set the transfer to another extension...
please double check the mode.
