    uploaded a file (mono , 8000 , 16bit) , in the hunt group (group in vmpro) i created the queued and still queued modules, added 1 queue position on each and uploaded the audio file so when someone calls to the group in the 1st and 2nd announcement would play those audios in vmpro

    Hi all, does anyone know how to disable the number/position of queued call in IP Office? e.g.: client1 calls to hunt group, gets queued and caller receives announcement "ONE", client2 calls to the same hunt group, gets queued and caller receives announcement "TWO" and so on... Thanks

    hey guys, im back, well, i logged out all the phones and waited for 10 mins and all the duplicated SIP extensions are still there, the only way that i found to removed them was rebooting IPO [sad] so.... do you have any other suggestion?

    thank you all for your response, i thought that i could remove those because they are showing in the "error list" pane with the description "An Extension with this IP address is already configured".
