Thanks for the suggestions, but I just realized everyone here has their own interpretation of "echo" in this thread. Heck, maybe I should have started a NEW thread instead of adding to this one. It's just that in MY case(s), the set users can hear their own voice LOUDER than the caller's voice...

Had it a few months ago with an earlier customer (Nortel CICS with brand new Avaya branded T7316E sets) and was forced to replace with refurbished Nortel sets.
I passed it off as a fluke.
