I have faced same issue. May be it happened due to recent change in extension number.
What i have done is
1. Deleted extension from the system.
2. Cleared the phones
3. recreated extension in the system
4. Programmed the phones.
Now it fine.

primarily it seems to be same gui... but,
the options & settings are widely distributed and spread in patton 4110 than ata 10 avayas..
thats why i rtied looking support from this forum..

I am having an issue with IPoffice at one of our customer place. Its having a hollow voice on both internal and external calls.. also the voice seems to be spreading sometimes.
The same uses release version7 and use upto 40 1608 type phone.
