Hi Julie, I have a different problem. I have a 4 year time scale and I need and average of around 60 engineers. Senior management require heads. Tasks mean nothing to them. Unfortunatley thats the conclusion I have come to, but surely this is a common enough request. It is common to want to view the entire project in terms of the resource, so that those needs can be shown/justified to HR/Senior Management...surely.
