    I "think" I've been able to answer my own question! I've changed the default UI Style under Configuration - System Properties - Primary UI Style from CallPilot to NVM And again under the "Class of Service" option on the Mailbox admin. Is this correct? Thanks Matt

    The actual physical lines have not been changed from how the system was setup prior to the crash to how it is now, so it's got to be something within the programming but I'm not too sure what I need to be looking for? Thanks Matt
