OK, please bear with me. I am in MatWorx under Numbering Plan and on the tab that says Tree View, I found Call Back Cancel. Once I did the lookup, there is not a sub category. I have just inherited an old phone system. The person that I replaced never even had any training on it so he could not tell me much. The phones are dterm series i and we use MatWorx software.
