We are in Hungary. The module was first sent to avaya, but they sent it back as it cannot be repaired, so we started working on it as no risk.

No dial delay after Set Authorization codes

Okay. But it works if the "Set Authorization Code" shortcode is not used: dialing 202123 will call this number, not the extension 202. Even if i set the line group of the set auth short code to the ARS, it will just dial the extension immediately.. I'm looking forward to see a better solution...

    IP400 Phone16V2 working, not working

Maybe I didn't mention it, but the PHone16 was working for years with the 406v2, then it stopped working. After attaching it to the 500v2, the Phone16 updated itself from the IPO, and started working, but back on 406v2 it just blinks green... How should I set it for R5 if you are right?

    IP400 Phone16V2 working, not working

Hello everyone! We have an IPO406v2 (5.0), with Phone16v2 module. It suddenly stopped working, blinking green all the time, the IPO doesn't see it. We have an IPO500v2 (6.0), which strangely can handle the Phone16v2 module, everything works fine with it. How come the 406v2 can't use it? We...
