    Its a CPU200, send CP (unzipped) to C2... and its working. Thanks so much. I started with phones in the Panasonic NCP, Avaya IP Office era so all this INDeX stuff is new to me! Ta Dave

    Any techs around got experience doing a CPU software upload via monitor? Getting stuck at the same point, got Kermit running OK, but when I do a SEND it says unsupported file type. I've unzipped it, and its just a CP file there. Thanks Dave

    This customer has heavy call flow and its killing them" If hes using an AA, my step costs nothing and rules out a VM Pro fault rather than a UC fault.

    Get a PC, get the Linux Apps DVD and use that instead of the UC. I'm still not sure of the benefit of the UC when it can be done this way and you end up with a much more powerful computer for less money. Unless you a really tight on space! Dave

    Sorry. Really a bit clueless on this. Seems the password I'm using has some limits on it. Do I need to wait for it to time out before I can enter a differnt password? or is there another way to speed things along?

    Broadcasts just dont seem to work. Any 192.168.99.115ish addresses I added didnt work. Adding the LAN IP address and it jumped into life. Odd, but at least it works. :)

    Unplug it from your network, and just do a direct connection into it with a laptop. Sounds like it might be a wonky default gateway somewhere on your network! So remove your network. If the laptop can connect directly, then start looking for the problem outside your IPO! Dave

    Gamma IPDC SIP and v8

    I've got notes of when I was testing this that I used 77.72.169.166 as the STUN port 3478, set it to Restricted Cone NAT, hit Run STUN and it filled in the rest after two/three mins.
