Customer has lost access code into vociemail, tried F985 to reset but feature code does not exist on BCM50. Anyone suggestions.

tried all 3 things a suggested above with no luck. I even went so far as to reset the whole system and installed new flash card and still cannot shut the system down. Now I do not have any cards in the system, is that causing my troubles. thanks
