Issues with Business Hours Calculation
thread767-1531876 I have been trying to get a report to show business hours vs customer hours for Remedy Tickets. I have used the formulas in the referenced thread and it is working with one exception. When the ticket is created on a Friday, I am getting a negative number back on the Business...- elweed004
