    Currently, the three on the right are Redial, Music on, and Messaging and Float Keys are disabled on the phones.The top left one is Phone Book, other two are blank. I believe these came from the vendor this way. Only reason I'm looking in to this is that we have three systems and one is missing...

    We have a Mitel 3300 with 5340 IP sets. Am trying to figure how to change the options which appear on the top six keys which are not programmable by the user, currently set for Redial, Music On, Messaging, etc.
