It was not the reservation of channels... Something seems horribly wrong with the UC Module itself. A reboot made the service totally unavailable. Will go onsite tomorrow to see what's what.

True that! But it seems as if voicemail is working,... just not when incoming call routes route to voicemail pro modules... :(

Indeed it does show 4 channels available,... But it logs a NO CHANNELS available everytime a VM module is being requested by incoming call route.
I will restart the VM Pro service tonight after hours...

My IP Office thinks the 4 voicemail channels are always in use while they are not.
This happened after a warm reboot with new licenses for third party SIP. I cannot see the correlation.
Any idea's besides rebooting the complete system? ;)

Thanks sizbut... I guess we'll be going down that road I guess.
I got really good at ducking since working with Avaya, no worries there... ;)

hahahaha,... To bad,... This seemed like such a simple task... People want to call out with just their hunting ID because they do not want to be called back on their private line... :(

Dear everyone,
Is it possible to alter my internal calling line id to let's say a hunt group number? Outgoing this is easy, but internally I keep sending my own extension.
Regards,
Tommie

No offence taken tlpeter. Fixing a 0 way audio problem however that Avaya says is a bug and thus unsolvable (google it), is not really my forté. And my question was not fully loaded with all the information I already had.
We are using Routit (broadsoft) as our carrier and we have configured a...
Like I said, twinning over SIP leaves me with one way audio... not an option.. ;)

I thought of the hunt group and mobile twinning, but for this particular case it has to be done in VMPRO and twinning is not an option with this client... I stated the question wrongly... ;) Is it possible in VMPRO? Otherwise I will advice them to purchase the extra's needed for twinning...
Guys & Girls. I have an IP Office 8.1, I have voicemail pro. I need to route one call to multiple external numbers and I am failing to do so. I have not found a simple way to do this... Is there a way?

Tommie

I know it "reads" it from live ldap, but I thought there would maybe be a way to add an extra digit to every External Directory call

Question!? My LDAP entries to be imported from our LDAP server have normally syntaxed telephonenumbers. Thus, without the prefix 0 which we use to dial outside.
How do I add this extra 0? Otherwise LDAP entries are not dialable...
THanks in advance,

Hey all,
This box works on another IPO 500v2 with same software load. It also worked before on the same IPO during test phase. This almost 100% concludes it must be something else to look for! ;) The cables that we used are from Avaya itself. And the powersupply functions properly with the same...
Hey 7deedtz,
I tried different cables and also made a new one. Did not help. It might be a license problem however. Also reloading software is an option, however, since it has worked before I best do this as a last resort. Since it will be a lot of downtime! ;)
Regards,
Tommie...
