Glowing/Pulsating effect
good day! i just want to ask how to make a glowing effect using javascript, i'm kinda new to this stuffs 'coz i'm not really a javascript coder, i now only know the basics. i already did it on a text and it's working but when i tried to apply it to the one i'm doing right now it's not working...- ImEdu
