Well we had someone in from a support company, he charged us a lot of money and didn't solved anything
But that is an other subject!
And this is the reason why they put me in charge
Oh well what can you do lol
What I need is a training about all that haha
My manager came to me a couple weeks ago and told me that I'm now responsible for the phone system
So thats where I am now, trying to get information and figure out the system
I would only need 3 + spare
Well I have to do some research now what I will do
But what is the difference between the digital phone and the IP phone? I am confused a lil bit there
Thank you already for all your help!!!
What I mean is that usually when I plug in a phone it does recognize the setting. So what extension and name it is i.e. Max 1424
If I plug in the polycom it doesn't do that, I cannot even dial out or receive a call. I send the config again in the software but still nothing. If I unplug the...

I added to the hunt group a 12sec delay

Country code is what you have to dial anyway
How could I do that with skype? is there somewhere an option in the software or do I have to get one of those skype boxes?

thank you already for your ideas and help!
Ben

So I set this up for my manager but he is still be asked for his access code
He calls his office phone from his cell
Office phone rings (1416, will be forwarded to his cell (with office number 1400) and than to his voicemail
I guess the problem is that the CLI is because of the forwarding 1400...
