You're right. Now I have a starting point. Sounds like I have a lot of investigation to do before I start pushing buttons. Your description was excellent. I will use it to work through the programming manual as soon as I understand how all is configured. Thanks- gheermann

I am a volunteer with a small museum with very little experience with phone systems. The museum needs to cut costs and my director asked me to remove some CO lines from our Nortel Norstar switch so that we can get them off of our AT&T bill. The incoming lines are in a hunt group.
