    The most common problem like this I see are PSU going fault, they do not supply enough power to serve the module and phones, try swapping the psu's around to test.

    It can be turned on not by a shortcode but by setting it on the phone under a soft menu, just cant remember where it is now. I am sure you can find it by hunting through the menu's on the phone. Will update if i can find the exact location.
