I have a customer that needs to use TAPI for and out bound call center. I have it working for local calls but I cannot get it to make a LD call. They have to input a LD code from the carrier to make a LD call. Not sure if the code is my problem or what it might be.

Well it worked for a few minutes. After it was working I went into the LAN1 tab and turned off the Auto-create Extn/User just like it says to in the set up. After this change I saved the configuration (it was and Immediate Config Reboot Mode). The phone quit working.
Any Ideas?
I dont know what changed but I went through the configuration once again, the same way I have done it the past 3 times, and it worked this time.
