DID Busy all the time
Yes they match up. There is a couple of offices I can't get in to. Si there a way to check the status of the DN or TN from the console. Thanks- sysad2287

Nope cant be dialed internally. busy there to. I'm a little green on this system, and know the basics. what should I look for to see if one of the phones have been fowarded. Thanks- sysad2287

DID Busy all the time
I have a CS1000 with one of our DID's is always busy but you can dial out from it. It's key 0 on about 6 phones all set to MCR. I've moved them to another TN and back again but no joy. Any Ideas what I could check next? Thanks in advance for any help- sysad2287
