    hairlessupportmonkey, I've never worked with the debug tool. I'm downloading it now from the knowlage base. tlpeter, When I was 1st troubleshooting this problem I did make sure that all ports were free. I'm taking the customers word on it from when the problem was rereported last Friday.

    I don't know if this is the best way to do it but heres what I've done. Make a new user using the Phantom extension number. Then put a call coverage appearance button on the another phone. If you have a Coverage appearance of an user that is not looged in then the call will ring immeditly.

    yes we use the short code 9 to the ARS table. This need to be on a call by call bases. I call one person I want them to see my DID, I call the next person I want them to see the BTN.
