Macropod- Thanks again for the solution! The customer has Word 2010, but on my test system it's Word 07. Anyway, I added the 3pt space before and after like you suggested, and that aligned things perfectly. Thanks again!- MIC74

.pst file to new profile - Outlook
Just export the .pst from the "old" profile, then once the new profile is established, do a file>import to merge the old .pst into the new one. You could also do all of this using the mail applet without ever opening outlook, but you'll still have to create a new profile , and replace the new...- MIC74

Update! Macropod's solution worked. I had thousands of mini paragraphs all over the place inside all the rows. I did everything except modify the "Normal" style, because I didn't see the options described to do that. None the less, my problem is solved!- MIC74
