scroll on start menu and volume will not turn turn down
It is also doing it without the mouse, when using the laptop pad, when i click on volume it just flutters up and down then goes back to top of volume. when i click on start menu and try to scroll down to click on a program it goes crazy up and down and I can't click on it. also won't let me...- mcole102050

my volume is on high and will not turn down. Also when I try to click on something in programs it runs up and down and I can't get it to stop. Please help me. I have a dell laptop and have windows vista.- mcole102050
