Why yes, I was trying to not publish our phone numbers on the internet...as I'm sure you understand...

Again, sorry about not having a great understanding of the system, but I don't really know what Voicemail Node and Voicemail...
I turned on the layers, but forgot to turn on Tx, Rx, for each. New link:

Problem is still not resolved. The Assisted Transfer works sometimes, not others.
I'm sorry, what I meant was that they transfer to the busy phone, and the recipient sees a second call coming in, but the caller does not hear the ringing normally associated with a call.
One related question: using Assisted transfer, if a line is busy, then how can I make it still right for the caller? It works to where it comes in on a new line for the recipient, but the caller has no dialing tones.
Thanks everyone for the help.
The line is set up as follows:
Switch Type: 5ESS (what the provider told me, I'll have to double-check with them)
Line Type: PRI
Clock quality: Network
CRC: enabled
CSU Operation: disabled
Framing: ESF
Zero suppression: B8ZS
Line signalling: CPE
The new fail call is posted here...
I"m having trouble understanding what that actually means: are they referring to the message sent to IP Office from the Voicemail Pro system? Are there any other traces I could do to pinpoint the problem more accurately?
Ah, finally! Thanks :)
I've posted a failed call from the outside ( http://www.box.net/shared/b8h9yxp84u ) and a successful call through the system from the inside ( http://www.box.net/shared/5h1eq3fry4 ). Names and numbers obscured, obviously. One thing strikes me about the outside call...
Ah, ok. When I start this program it sits an "trying to connect" forever, even after I switch the IP address and password. There is nowhere to input the user name. Is there a setting in the IP office configuration which needs to be set?
I'm running SysMon, and it can trace processes, but it doesn't provide the information you're mentioning (http://www.sysmon.com). It gives process creation/termination, but no specific vmpro or IP Office info. Is there a different version of sysmon?
Removing the dollar sign had no effect. I would think that if it was related to the flow of Voicemail Pro, that it would fail for internal calls as well, since they are routed through the system in the same way. I'd think it would be something to do with external settings, possibly line...
I've saved a vmp file, but it's rather large, so I'll host it on box.net:

I'm just curious: if the Day menu is incorrect, why would it correctly transfer internal calls?
I'll post just the day menu...
I'm sorry, I'm not familiar enough with the system to answer that well, and unfortunately I did not set up the system. When I look at the short code entry, it transfers to a "Voicemail Node" with some number called "autoattend". The autoattend entry on Voicemail Pro eventually transfers to an...
Internally, it rings through to the extension successfully. If I call the autoattendant internally using the short code, it can transfer me successfully. It is only on an external call coming in where the call is disconnected.
There is nothing on the DND list, and voicemail is on.
Thank you.
We're trying to use Voicemail Pro Autoattendant to handle incoming calls. However, whenever an external call comes in and the person types an extension to transfer to, the call is disconnected. I've collected a log from DbgView, shown at the bottom. You can see where, near the end of the...
