hello, i have read some threads about this topic but they can't managed solve my problem. some of the steps didn't worked for me. 1 - thread1613-1548786 2 - thread1613-1545008 i have followed these threads. in the first one step 3 didn't worked for me. when i click save it cleans the area...- kayimguney
