I have a Nortel CS1000E and when on a Conf call once in a while user stats that they hear ringing. I have duplicated the problem but have no Idea what is causing this. Does anyone have any ideas what it can be. Nortel is working on this but still no luck.
I have not done this. I am reading up on it and the NTP 43001-719-02.02snmpfault says it can send any alarms up to 8 Ip Address. I will check it out and let you all know if I get it to work.
