File Capture: no text printing to default file
I'm new to this as well, is there no way to write a script that monitors an ACD(PBX line) and writes to a file. I use procomm plus to monitor our call lines.. showing helpdesk personel logged in, not logged in, work mode, available, unavailable ect..., i need this data ported to file that i can...- bburgess2009
