You can use that RAD. We are running the DR5 and have a mix of both rads, just have to program them appropriately.

We were running NRU 3.5 on Microsoft 2003, upgraded to XP and Norstar 3.7. We can't print any reports anymore. I think don't know if there is any way to do upgrades with our exsisting systems, but would love any suggestions.

It is the old, old system Norstar Manager.

We are still having a few issues with our software for our Meridian system. We downloaded and installed the 3.7 software with XP, but we can't generate reports, can't delete anything in groups, just a few things. Is there something else we should know about the 3.7, a patch maybe?

I am trying to find a copy of Norstar Manager 3.7 for XP. Is the BCM 3.7 the same as Norstar Manager 3.7. We have multiple systems that we can't backup and restore because we got a new computer with XP, only to find 3.5 doesn't work.
