There are only 3 available ports in on my bix block. I plugged a phone into each of them and ran the inquiry. The other two ports display 35 -> port 115 and 36 -> port 116

Are you referring to this step? Check that your relay the ext's you think you are by doing Feature * 0 then press Intercom. If so, this is the result I get. it says: 26 26 VIEW-> when I press VIEW-> it says ...PORT 106

Hey guys, I tried pressing feature * 0. When I do that the phone says " press a button " EXIT After that if I press #, nothing happens.

Another thing is that the system can longer identify which phones correspond with it's proper extension. For example my phone used to be ext 21. How can I re-program my phone to be ext 21.

Sorry I didn't know. Is there a way to edit out the e-mail address? I'm just looking for help that's all. What exactly are relays? How could the settings have changed? We didn't do anything to the system, but disconnect the phones from the bixblock. Appreciate the feedback.
