I have installed cp100 and cp150 with software 3.1.There is a pause and a click noise befor the auto/att plays the greetings,this is in both cases.Any one else with same issue.
cp150 call center with reporting,s/w 31.10.31.22 and rcc s/w 31.10.28c.Real time and ipview do not see the calls abandoned the ACD,but when I request a report for the day I see abandoned calls.Every thing else works ok.Any ideas

I have a customer with cp150 s/w 31.10.31.22 Rcc s/w 31.10.28c.I am having problems with Real Time and IPView Abandoned calls.The abandoned call Report do not match the IPView.There are more calls abandoned than IPView shows.Any idea whats going on.Thanks
