    Thanks for the tip. I will make sure I have something recorded in greeting in Path 0. What I currently have is pressing 3, takes me to a submenu (31?) which allows callers to leave a msg in Mailbox 50, then Disconnect. What I want is that pressing 1 (instead of 3) should take me to submenu...

    Thanks for the fast response! So, path 31 currently leads to mailbox 50. Can the new path 11 also lead to the the same mail box i.e. 50?

    Currently I have a path 3 set up. Path 31 takes me to a mail box. I need to create a new path "1" that will take me to path 31. Can I do that? Because of this issue, now I can't even enable the CCR tree. My system is down! :-(
