    Phone Manager Pro failed to load profile

    I am having this issue also. The users my documents is on thier local computer. They are using Phone Manger 3.2.28. I have tried reinstalling. It seems to work half the time. It never works if I add it to the startup which is the desired option. Anyone else have any luck?
