    Have you thought about a follow me ? In the UK to initiate a follow me : *2*groupnumber*destination# End follow me : #2*groupnumber# The phone which are doing this operations would need to be a supervisor phone i.e something like this : kscac:dir=ext number,serv=121512000 Hope this helps...

I was just thinking that since you can have around 75 ACD positions on a LIM and around 250 acd memebers (not sure about the figures ..) then by making a LIM which is almost full a back up , then the system would somehow not allow this ?
