    bigg3rdude24, the 450 that gave me trouble was configured with 1x dsm 32, 1xASM and 1x GATM8 modules. Licenses were 50x Voicemail, 50x Unified Messaging, 1x Fax Suite,1x IP Client. Software was SU.System-001 and SU.Desktop-001, like i said, it was an early one !! Haven't had a MOH problem...

    Summer holiday is over and its back to work.. The answer was pretty obvious and is as Magna and snowman have suggested. It's our demo system that showed the problem and it had been defaulted but not repatched. December 2008 patches cured it and yes..the user was set to auto-logon as well. Thanks

    Call Pilot hangs when starting Outlook if the BCM is not connected

    Whenever I start outlook with the Call Pilot application installed and the BCM is not connected. (In other words the user has taken his laptop home and is disconnected from the office network) Outlook takes almost 20 minutes to start. Does anyone know how I can stop this for happening.
