Greetings! I'm having the same problem with Office 2007 with Vista. First contacted Microsoft. They had me un-install, make a few registry changes, then re-install. The problem stayed. With just that one exchange, they gave up and told me to WIPE my system and start over!! Some tech...- ray1inJT
