I am fairly certain the 3cx is supposed to flash the firmware to the version they need? BTW Forerunner now owns the 3cx and its no longer EOL and looks to be getting a linux distro.

You need to try with an outside call. Supervised means you stay on the call after you transfer it to announce the call. Then just pull it back. Might even be on the display of the phone.
Not really. You need to get on Forerunners LMS for your customers and regenerate the files. I keep files on hand for every customer in case this happens. I do enough of these systems that I have seen this happen on reboots and power surges where is corrupts the lic files. Not many mind you...
