    Hi as1981, I too use at my company CCC and found major issue siwht it when exceding over 20 DDI's. It will work to go over 20 DDI's but the report details will not be currect. I would advise to speak to Avaya before purchasing CCC. I replaced CCC with Elephant Call Management System.
